Excursion
To give you a hands-on impression on the variety of digital health activities happening in the German capital region, the cluster HealthCapital Berlin-Brandenburg is organizing an excursion for international visitors.
This year's excursion will take us to the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam. There we would like to get to know the HPI Digital Health Cluster (HPI DHC) better.
The HPI DHC continues to enhance its research focus, by converging healthcare with public health and taking a more holistic approach towards digital health. The cluster is dynamic and interdisciplinary and dedicated to research with a patient-centred and data-driven approach.
Agenda:
- Welcome by Professor Ariel Dora Stern, Head of Digital Health, Economics & Policy
- Introduction Hasso Plattner Institute - HPI (History & Vision)
- Introduction HPI Digital Health Cluster
- Impressions of the Digital Health Innovation Forum 2025
- Brief look at ongoing research projects at the HPI DHC
- Tour of the HPI campus
- Visit of the HPI Engine
The presentations will be held in English.
The excursion will take place on Tuesday, April 8th from 9am – 11am.
For the transit to the HPI and exhibition grounds we suggest public transport. The station "S Griebnitzsee Bhf (Line S7)" is in walking distance from the HPI. From there, transit to Station „S Messe Süd“ is possible with one stop-over at Station „S Westkreuz“.
PLEASE NOTE: All excursion participants will need to have a valid DMEA-ticket.
The registration is closed. Please send an email to jeanette.dobrindt@berlin-partner.de.de if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. We will be happy to let you know if other participants have cancelled their participation.
